Frequently asked questions
Is this only for cats?
No. The same block works for dogs, rabbits, horses, birds, any pet. Upload their photo and we take it from there.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo with your cat's face in focus. Phone photos are fine. If the photo is too small or blurry, we will let you know before printing.
Can I put two cats on one block?
Yes. Upload a photo with both, or email us separate photos and we will combine them.
Is this a good sympathy gift for someone who lost a cat?
Yes. A lot of these are sent as gifts. We can ship straight to the recipient with a handwritten card and no price anywhere on the packaging.
What is in the gift boxes?
The regular box has the block, a custom card, a 3 oz memorial heart candle, a feather matchbox, and two Lindor truffles. The deluxe box adds lip balm, instant coffee, a lavender bath bomb, and Himalayan soaking salt.
What if I'm not happy with it?
We remake it. Every block is checked by a real person before it ships, but if anything is off when it arrives, email us and we will fix it.
