Refund and Reprint Policy
Every memorial we make is personal. If it doesn't arrive the way you hoped, we'll make it right.
Free reprints
If something is wrong with your memorial, whether it's a mistake on our end (like a typo we missed) or on yours (like the wrong name, wrong date, or wrong photo), we'll reprint it free within 30 days of delivery. You don't need to send the original back. Keep it, donate it, or pass it along. Just email support@shinerphoto.com with a photo of what you received and we'll get the corrected version into production.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives broken, send us a photo of the damage and the shipping box within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost. You don't need to return the damaged piece.
Refunds
Because every memorial is custom made for you, we don't refund completed orders by default. We'd rather reprint until you're happy. If a reprint genuinely isn't possible and we've agreed to refund you, the refund will hit your original payment method within 10 business days of our approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or change your order anytime before it enters production by emailing support@shinerphoto.com. Production usually starts within 24 hours of your order. Once it's started, changes get harder, but message us anyway and we'll do what we can.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For personalized items, a reprint is usually a better outcome for both of us, but if you want to cancel for any reason, email us and we'll work it out.
