Which pets can you paint?

Dogs and cats most often, but horses, rabbits and birds work too. Add up to three pets and we paint them together.

Which photos work best?

Your pet facing the camera with both eyes showing, taken at their eye level and close up so the face and chest fill most of the photo. Soft daylight is best. Avoid flash, filters, blurry or far-away photos, and hands, leashes, toys or cones covering the face. For two or three pets, add a separate photo of each.

How is my portrait made?

An AI model paints your portrait in the style you choose, using your photos as the reference. Results vary, so look closely at the free preview before you order. I check every order by hand before it's printed.

What's free, and when do I pay?

The preview is free and no card is needed. You can try another style or ask for a change for free too. You only pay if you order a photo block, a print or the digital file.

Will the print fit a normal frame?

Yes. We print it ourselves on Canon Premium Matte paper, keeping the painting's own proportions, centered on standard 8x10, 11x14 or 16x20 paper with a clean white border, so it drops into any store-bought frame.

Can I give it as a gift?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout and we ship it straight to them. Every order includes the digital file, so you can also send it to them by email.

What happens to my photos?

They're used only to paint your portrait. We never publish them, sell them or use them in ads.
