Processing Time
Each Shiner Photo block is handmade with care in our studio.
Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days — we’ll always notify you if there’s any delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing times
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free U.S. shipping promotions — when available, they will automatically apply at checkout or be clearly noted on the product page.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to update your address, cancel, or modify an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Because each item is custom-made, we may not be able to make changes once production begins.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, please reach out to us at support@shinerphoto.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace or refund your order once we confirm the issue with the carrier.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country’s customs office.
We’re unable to mark packages as “gifts” or reduce declared values for customs purposes.
