I started Shiner Photo in my basement, and that's still where these memorials are made by me and my wife, one at a time, in Palatine, Illinois, just outside Chicago.

What if my photo isn't great?

We'll tell you. Every photo gets personally reviewed by Leo before it's printed. If it won't look right, we'll email you and either help you find a better one or walk you through your options. No surprises.

How fast can you ship?

Standard: 7 to 10 days total, about 3 to 4 days to make, then 4 to 7 days in the mail. Need it by a specific date? Email us before ordering. We have delivered memorials in time for funerals, anniversaries, and gifts on short notice. Tell us your deadline and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

Can I send it directly to someone who's grieving?

Yes, that's how a lot of people order. Just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. We can also include a handwritten note (just add it in the order notes).

What if they hate it?

That hasn't really happened, but if it does, we'll fix it or refund you. No questions. We're a small family business, not Amazon. Your relationship with this gift matters to us.
