Yes, in almost every case. Before we print, our team checks every photo and emails you if a different version would print better. We never print something that will not look right.

Can I order a memorial for more than one dog?

Yes. We can print multiple dogs on one memorial as a family memorial, or you can order one per dog. Most people order one per dog so each has their own piece.

We'll tell you. Every photo gets personally reviewed by Leo before it's printed. If it won't look right, we'll email you and either help you find a better one or walk you through your options. No surprises.

How fast can you ship?

Standard: 7–10 days total, about 3–4 days to make, then 4–7 days in the mail. Need it by a specific date? Email us before ordering. We've delivered memorials in time for funerals, anniversaries, and gift-giving on short notice, tell us your deadline and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it

Can I send it directly to someone who's grieving?

Yes, that's how a lot of people order. Just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. We can also include a handwritten note (just add it in the order notes).

What if they hate it?

That hasn't really happened, but if it does, we'll fix it or refund you. No questions. We're a small family business, not Amazon. Your relationship with this gift matters to us.
